2020 was a time when many were confronted by increased solitude and anxiety. Our favorite music gave us the comfort and reassurance we needed because it reminded us who we are and it grounded us. Whether we were singing our lungs out to the latest hit single with our friends, or we were revisiting a lullaby our mother sang to us in the dark, the magic of music stirs up memories of our past selves. As we enter 2021, I want you to start off your year inspired and hopeful so I'll be sharing even more artists on Legendary Vocals.
Here are 10 songs from my curated playlist that will surely keep your spirits up as you pounce through whatever obstacles 2021 may bring one song at a time!
For my monthly playlist, I wanted to pick songs that I feel really express the feeling of autumn as it approaches. As the leaves start to fall from the trees and the vibrant colors of autumn start appearing everywhere, those nights cuddled around a fire and surrounded by family and friends made me think of each of these songs. Ranging from folksy and comforting songs to soft and impactful hymns, I feel the love and talent from all these artists and I’m so excited to share them with you! Enjoy 😊
One Voice Children's Choir is one of the newer members of the Legendary Vocals family. Their first LV CD, Hallelujah, is available NOW! The group originated with performances in the 2002 Winter Olympics held in Salt Lake City, but they grew in popularity when they appeared on NBC's America's Got Talent in 2009. The choir is composed of children ages four through eighteen living along the Wasatch Front in Utah. Following their success on America’s Got Talent, they took to YouTube where they share dynamic musical covers that connect with an international audience! Their music is inspiring, fun, and great for the whole family.
